The "Old Jail house" and Station in Old Washoe City has been restored to what one might imagine as it would look 150 years ago, and is available to host your very own historic events.

During the early days of Nevada statehood, Washoe City was considered to be "a bright star in the new firmament..." On this very spot was once a bustling community of four thousand people, supplying Virginia City with timber for the mines during the Comstock Lode.
